When you upload content (such as PDF study materials) to Readnary, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You retain ownership of content you upload. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload any content you submit.
6. Intellectual Property
The Readnary platform, including its design, features, and original content (excluding user-uploaded materials), is the intellectual property of Readnary and its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Content
Some study materials available on the platform may reference or be derived from third-party educational publishers (e.g. Cambridge International, Edexcel, AQA, OCR). Readnary does not claim ownership of such materials and encourages users to refer to official sources for examination guidance.
8. Disclaimers
Readnary is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any study materials for examination purposes. Use of the platform does not substitute for proper academic instruction or official examination board guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Readnary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
